Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIBlogBolt platform operated by AIBlogBolt LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AIBlogBolt provides AI-assisted content generation tools including a bulk generation queue, brand voice profiles, editorial guardrails and CMS integrations. We may change or add features at any time; we will not remove core paid features without notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIBlogBolt to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable law.
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Generate content designed to deceive, defraud or harass.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service without written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, security measures or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. In serious cases we may report violations to law enforcement.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the drafts, briefs and other content you create on AIBlogBolt. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the platform. We do not train shared models on your content.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in US dollars. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Every paid plan includes a fourteen-day money-back guarantee for your first charge. Refund requests after that window are handled case by case.

6. Third-party services

AIBlogBolt may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, CMS platforms, model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or acts.

7. Warranty disclaimer

AIBlogBolt is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content generated by the service will meet any particular quality standard. All content should be reviewed by a human before publication.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBlogBolt LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIBlogBolt LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except under the money-back guarantee described above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
