  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), company name.
  • Billing information: payment card details handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Content: the titles, keywords, briefs and drafts you generate on the platform.
  • Support communications: the content of messages you send us through the contact form or email.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation volume, error events.
  • Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, referral source.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the AIBlogBolt service.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion is permanent and applies to your drafts, voice profiles and workspace data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures — encryption in transit and at rest, restricted internal access, regular audits. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your information.

7. Children's privacy

AIBlogBolt is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users at least thirty days before they take effect.
